Paul M Baxter
I have been passionate about photography for many years. However, I realise that the camera cannot always capture what the photographer desires or intends, and so I strive to enhance my images so that they impart the intensity that had inspired me to take the shot in the first place. Consequently, the boundaries between photography and fine art are often blurred, by combining the detailed enhancements of a painter with the authenticity of the photograph.

I regularly contribute to The University of Leeds websites and Portal and greetings cards can be purchased from The Union building.

I have undertaken various assignments, including weddings, presentations, portraiture and events photography. My images have been used by businesses, magazines, national media and local newspapers.

I exhibit in The Valley Gardens with The White Rose Artists, the 1940s Day Harrogate and other shows.

Below are a few examples of my work.
